Unite and showcase our style - 2023 FOLS Team Building Event

In order to enhance team collaboration and stimulate employees' enterprising spirit, FOLS Enterprise held an outdoor team building activity with the theme of "Gathering Hearts and Climbing Peaks" at the "Today's RV Water Project Camping Camp" in Foshan City on September 13, 2023.

Nearly a hundred employees have demonstrated a vigorous and upward spirit through innovative projects such as ball shooting, drum pulling, and ball catching in competition and collaboration.

At 9 o'clock in the morning, with the referee's order, the "high-speed shooting" game ignited the enthusiasm on site first.

The participating teams need to complete dribbling, relay, and fixed-point shooting within 3 minutes. The marketing department temporarily ranks first with an accurate shooting percentage of 87 points, while the technical department takes the lead with an innovative "triangle pass" tactic.

The "Together Drumming" project in the afternoon pushed the team's tacit understanding to a new height.

Each group of 10 players needs to coordinate and control 20 ropes connecting the drum surface to complete the ball juggling challenge while moving.

 At the beginning, the administrative department made multiple mistakes due to chaotic pace. After repeated adjustments, they created a unique "three-stage command method" - the three movements of "steady, move, and shake" were decomposed and executed, and finally won the championship with 42 consecutive ball strikes.The activity coach commented, "This is like tackling a project, which requires both bold innovation and meticulous implemen -tation

Heart to Heart Drumming - Concentrate and Show Style

The fun obstacle course and creative team flag design interspersed in the activity further brought cross departmental employees closer together.

The company's executives were fully involved in the interaction, and Vice General Manager Hong Jianxun said during the award ceremony, "Whether it's the precise coordination of ball holding and shooting, or the rhythm control of leading and receiving the ball, it shows us that team intelligence far exceeds the sum of individual strengths. This cohesion is the key to driving the company to break through bottlenecks.

This team building event deepened employees' understanding of collaboration and win-win through experiential activities that combine education with entertainment, and gathered strong momentum for achieving business goals in the second half of the year.
