In March 2013, the well-known domestic valve manufacturing enterprise FOLS Valve Co., Ltd. officially announced its strategic transformation, taking the opportunity of participating in national industry exhibitions to promote the company's expansion from regional store sales mode to the national market radiation layout.

As a representative enterprise in the valve industry in East China, FOLS mainly relied on local stores and dealer networks for product sales.

With the expansion of market demand and intensified industry competition, the company launched the "National Market Expansion Plan" in early 2013 and made its debut as a brand exhibitor at multiple industry events such as the Beijing International Fluid Machinery Exhibition and the Shanghai Industrial Equipment Expo. 

At the exhibition, FOLS showcased its independently developed new products such as high-pressure control valves and intelligent regulation systems, attracting over a hundred buyers to reach cooperation intentions and signing orders exceeding 8 million yuan on site.

The company's general manager Wu Fuquan said, "Exhibiting is not only a product display, but also a window for brand upgrading. We will establish six regional offices and add 24 provincial after-sales service centers to build a nationwide marketing service system." It is reported that the company has simultaneously launched a product line optimization project and added customized valve solution business to meet the personalized needs of customers in different industries.

Industry analysts pointed out that FOLS strategic adjustment from regional sales to national layout not only conforms to the trend of flattened manufacturing channels, but also provides a new model for the transformation and upgrading of traditional valve enterprises.

With the improvement of the national service network, its market competitiveness is expected to further enhance.
