Pneumatic classification:

Pneumatic diaphragm single seat control valve is composed of pneumatic multi-spring film actuator and low flow resistance single seat valve, stable operation, reliable action characteristics, small valve seat leakage, accurate flow characteristics, wide adjustable range and other characteristics. The pressure grade is from 1.6Mpa to 11.0Mpa, the rated flow coefficient is small Kv, so it can be used in many occasions where precise control of small flow is required, such as fine chemical industry, food additives, medicine, electronics and other industries.

Installation Instruction

·   Tightening the seal between the valve and the actuator: Remove the four bolts underneath the actuator. Separate the actuator from the valve

·   Tighten the nut on the top of the valve body.

·   Place the actuator back on the valve and screw everything back into place

·   Tightening the seals between the valve and the inlet/outlet ports:Remove the torgue bolts and check for any debris or damage to the gaskets.

·   Use a torque wrench or other consistent method of tightening the torque bolts to reconnect the inlet and outlet ports.
